Indian data residencyAll user and corporate data is hosted exclusively in Indian data centres.

Encrypted live GPSLocation telemetry is encrypted — AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit.

Automated OTP trip logsEvery ride is validated and logged by OTP, without manual records.

Zero disclosure to employersEmployers never see individual finance or benefit claims.

02 · TERMS OF SERVICE

V-Minute economy: Rides are priced and settled in V-Minutes between verified Members and Pros, peer to peer.
Cost sharing: Private-vehicle cost-sharing follows Indian motor vehicle regulations.
Helmet safety: Helmets are mandatory for both Pro and Member on every ride.
Premium auto-pay: The ₹99 monthly Premium plan renews by RBI-compliant auto-pay e-mandate until cancelled.

03 · REFUND & WALLET POLICY

Unused V-MinutesPurchased minutes remain subject to standard wallet reactivation policies.

Earnings & referralsPro earnings and verified referral rewards can be redeemed directly to a linked bank account.
